Travel from Shanghai PVG to Yiwu

I need some info about travel from Shanghai pvg airport to Yiwu. Train tickets are only for specific date and time and no open tickets. My flight arrival time is 9:25 am. How long it would take me to reach Shanghai Hongquio train station from pvg airport and what would be the best time to book my train?
