In the first spring after the upcoming epidemic era, I believe that all tourists can no longer hold back their desire to enjoy the spring and embrace this "long-awaited" spring.

I've been planning a spring flower-viewing trip lately, but with just over a month left, airfares are already skyrocketing, making it hard to afford them. However, I was surprised to discover that, for example, flights from Hangzhou to Chengdu in March are only around 300 one-way. It's such a steal! I was instantly tempted!

Since the air tickets to Chengdu are so cheap, I have to recommend Sichuan Danba Pear Blossoms to you.

That touch of pure white, fresh and elegant amidst the vibrant colors, has always been the white moonlight in You Xiaoxia's heart. This place is so understated that it's heartbreaking. The pure pear blossoms covering the mountains are just as stunning as the peach blossoms in Nyingchi. Most importantly, the number of tourists here is less than one-tenth of that in Nyingchi, making it a true "secret treasure of sparsely populated and beautiful scenery."

There is no extreme cold of the plateau here, but the plateau has all the beautiful scenery, including Tibetan villages, snow-capped mountains, cattle and sheep, pear blossoms, river valleys... All the imaginations of spring on the plateau are hidden in this valley with an average altitude of less than 2,000 meters. You can enjoy the warm time of viewing flowers under the snow-capped mountains.

If spring on the plains begins with the green of seeds breaking through the soil, then spring on the western Sichuan plateau begins with the white of snow in Danba.
Looking down from an altitude of 10,000 meters in Sichuan, at the intersection of the Daxue Mountain and the Qionglai Mountain, the earth is like a huge, constantly rotating lotus. The peculiar vortex-shaped twisting structure gives this Jiarong Valley extraordinary natural charm, making Danba the veritable "First City of the Dadu River".

The most beautiful villages in China are scattered among the mountains and valleys of Danba, with Zhonglu Tibetan Village and Jiaju Tibetan Village being the most famous.

"Suddenly, a spring breeze arrives overnight, and thousands of pear trees blossom."
In mid-to-late March, when the weather is turning from warm to cold, thousands of pear trees in the Tibetan village wake up, and white pear blossoms quietly climb up the branches. From a distance, it looks like vast spring snow, but up close, you can see flowers blooming for hundreds of miles.

Zhonglu, which means "a place that people and gods yearn for" in Tibetan, is more peaceful and more secluded than Jiaju Tibetan Village, which is crowded with tourists.

Imagine sitting leisurely under a pear tree in a valley, reading a book. The wind blows, the pear blossoms flutter down, and a few petals land on the pages of the book. You bend down and smell it, not knowing whether it is the fragrance of flowers or books. Isn't it a unique leisure and elegance?

As the earliest developed Tibetan village, Jiaju is favored by "low-price tours" and "shopping tours", which also adds a bit of impetuous commercial atmosphere to this originally simple village.

Zhonglu Tibetan Village has not been developed as a regular tourist attraction and currently does not charge an entrance fee. It is located halfway up the mountain and is difficult to reach, allowing the local simple customs and culture to be preserved here.

On the middle road, you may meet beautiful Danba girls wearing Jiarong Tibetan costumes and doing farm work. You can also explore thousands of ancient watchtowers in person and find out the life secrets behind the Danba people.

Zhonglu Tibetan Village may be more in line with your imagination of a paradise.
"Deji, a descendant of the Dongnu Kingdom, dreams of a homestay"
For Deji, a beautiful 23-year-old born in Zhonglu Township, Danba County, known as the "Eastern Women's Kingdom," her hometown holds a magical charm. These incredibly magnificent, battlement-style buildings fill her with immense pride as a Jiarong native and a deep attachment to her homeland.

In her early years, Deji was the leader of China-TravelNote. During the three years with China-TravelNote, she not only gained the value of life, but also relied on the company's development platform to become an intern store manager in a local B&B, learned new business concepts, constantly refreshed and broadened her original knowledge, and also allowed her to break through challenges and grow.

Deji has had a dream of owning a homestay in her heart since she was a child. When she grew up, in order to restore the most authentic appearance of life, follow her true original intention, and turn her childhood dream into reality, she truly owned her own homestay - Deji Kangwa.

Dejikangwa B&B is located in Jikai Village, Zhonglu Township, at an altitude of more than 2,000 meters. The two pure white watchtowers stand on the top of the mountain like a castle.

In addition to Tibetan thangkas and hadas, the interior also uses high-end and comfortable furniture.

The B&B is located at the top of a barren slope, a choice that Deji's father had strongly opposed. Only when you come to Deji Kangwa in person will you discover that there is a unique and beautiful view here.

Overlooking the entire Jiarong Gorge, you can see the pear blossoms all over the mountain. The century-old towers, clear streams, and snow-capped peaks hidden among the flowers are presented to people like a poetic landscape painting.

China-TravelNote's Spring Pear Blossom In-Depth Tour promises to stay in Deji Kangwa. In Danba's most beautiful season, we will go to Deji Kangwa together to explore the romantic dream of this girl.
To the north of Danba, between the branches of the Great Snow Mountain and the Qiongshan Mountain, the magnificent Big and Small Jinchuan rivers roar and rush. The majestic mountains and wild rivers together shape the Jinchuan River Valley.

From mid-to-late March to mid-April every year, pear and apricot blossoms bloom in the Jinchuan River Basin, and the banks of the river valley are covered with golden light and snow pear blossoms.

Jiarong Tibetan villages are dotted among them, and together with the unique Tibetan villages and snow-capped mountains of the plateau, it fully demonstrates the grandeur and beauty of the "Snowy Jiangnan". When you encounter an unexpected "spring snow", you will feel refreshed as spring falls all over your body.

From the surging Jinchuan River to the Tibetan villages nestled in the clouds, the difference in altitude also causes the flowering period to vary from place to place. Generally speaking, the flowers in Jinchuan bloom slightly earlier, so our itinerary is to visit Jinchuan first and then go to Danba to ensure that everyone can visit the flowers at the right time.

Based on past experience, You Xiaoxia has compiled a 2023 pear blossom flowering schedule for everyone. The flowering period is clear at a glance, and you can know when to set off at a glance.
Of course, the weather is different every year, and the flowering period is slightly different. You can also follow our subsequent real-time reports on pear blossoms to learn about the latest flower conditions and avoid missing out when traveling to enjoy the flowers.
From relaxing, leisurely trips to photo-taking excursions, from Sichuan-Tibet routes lasting over ten days to short, 2-5-day itineraries focused on pear blossoms, the following introductions will surely give you the answer, even if you struggle with choosing.

Every March, pear blossoms blanket the banks of the Jinchuan River Valley in vibrant colors. We're not content with a quick tour, so we'll take a leisurely hike through the Jinchuan Pear Blossom Valley. Stroll along the country roads of Ke'er Township, inhale the delicate fragrance of the blossoms up close, or wait for the breeze to scatter the snow-like blossoms on our bodies.

This year we have specially upgraded our tour to a car charter + hiking method, visiting only the areas where the pear blossoms are in full bloom. Compared with pure hiking in previous years, there are many beautiful views, but the hiking distance is greatly reduced, allowing you to easily enjoy the sea of pear blossoms.

China-TravelNote has also specially prepared several sets of Jiarong Tibetan costumes for all the beauty-loving people. Wearing exquisite Jiarong Tibetan costumes, with the thousand-year-old ancient tunes, the blue sky of the plateau, and snow-like pear flowers as the background, let our most photography-savvy tour guide take some beautiful photos for you to share on your social media!

Compared to planes or trains, road travel is perhaps the most physically friendly way to reach Tibet. The route's elevation gradually increases, and with onboard oxygen tanks, there's no need to worry about altitude sickness, making it a truly enjoyable and accessible experience for all ages.

In addition to the beautiful pear blossoms in western Sichuan, we will go deep into Bomi Peach Blossom Valley, where peach blossoms stretch for 30 kilometers. In the distance, you can see misty glaciers and snow-capped mountains, and up close, you can see thousand-year-old peach blossoms in full bloom.

This year, this route has also undergone some campsite upgrades. In Suosong Village, walk through the barley fields hidden by peach trees to find our Tibetan-style private campsite. Here, you can sit on the ground, under the barley, unaffected by the wind and sand, and chat and drink in groups of three or two.

This year, we added a canopy and seats to the Linka venue, which can accommodate more than 20 people at the same time. There is no crowded crowd, but a thriving peach blossom forest. In front of you is Mount Namjagbarwa, which is a beautiful place for taking photos!

"The men of Kangding are as strong as mountains, and the beauties of Danba are as beautiful as water."
With pear blossoms swirling and beauties ablaze, Zhonglu Tibetan Village in March is a true portrait photography paradise. China-TravelNote invited local Jiarong girls to serve as models, capturing their captivating and graceful figures amidst the sea of snow-like pear blossoms.

The peach blossoms in Nyingchi were also a highlight of our photoshoot. Although accommodations in Nyingchi are often in short supply, we decided to stay two nights in Suosong Village, a popular destination for photoshoots!
