Hello everyone, I'm Xiaoshan, Product Manager at Yeshebang.
Born and raised in the mountains of Yunnan, I've always loved the wild and natural world.
Yunnan, in my eyes,
is a marvel created by the folding of time and space—spanning multiple latitudes and vast altitude differences. From tropical rainforests to snow-capped mountains and lakes on the plateau, it encompasses nearly every landscape.
The diverse blend of ethnic cultures, vibrant folk festivals, and countless authentic local customs add to its richness and charm.

How many times can I visit Yunnan?
If you ask me this, my answer would be at least ten times. It can be everyone's happy home. I hope more travelers can experience the charm of this destination, which is also the original intention of my career in the tourism industry.
My first product, China-TravelNote, also started in Yunnan. The nature and outdoor activities, the people and traditions here all fascinate me.
Follow my perspective and see how fun Yunnan can be!
✨Encounter the mountains and seas of Yunnan in your heart
Dali and Lijiang are familiar and classic Yunnan destinations. But Yunnan isn't just home to famous scenic spots like Erhai Lake and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, it also houses the "mountain and sea Yunnan" that I've always admired!
Join us as we explore hidden gems and discover a new side to this popular city.

Discover authentic Yunnan in Shaxi and Wenhai.
Embark on a journey to Wenhai Village, a secluded paradise nestled behind Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Set amidst the captivating beauty of the mountains, escape the hustle and bustle of commercial areas and savor the tranquil scenery from your window. Enjoy
fruit picking in the forest, horseback riding by the lake, stargazing in the wilderness, or sipping fragrant butter tea in a cozy cabin. Dance by the bonfire in the shimmering night, humming folk songs—this is the Yunnan of mountains and seas we want to show you.

Explore the wild wonders of nature with Yeshebang's professional guides on a gentle hike into the heart of nature, to a primeval forest pasture inaccessible to ordinary tourists. Dig your hands deep into the thick humus soil of the pine forest and become a mushroom hunter. With a little luck, you might even harvest a precious matsutake mushroom...

In Dali, besides Erhai Lake, we will also visit the local market and experience the authentic local customs. There are many fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs that even Yunnan people don't know, and there are also colorful wild mushrooms.

A dazzling array!
Go to Shilong Village, visit a local family, learn the Bawang Whip Dance from the inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage, and listen to a Bai folk song; learn Dongba writing in Yuhu Village, or experience the Lijiang Naxi caravan roasting tea and immerse yourself in the ethnic customs.

✨Banna Pu'er, a return to maturity and innocence
When you think of Xishuangbanna, do you only think of the Xingguang Night Market, the Tropical Botanical Garden, or Manting Park? These are just a few of the many beautiful sights in Xishuangbanna Prefecture.

Located at 21° north latitude, the miraculous lands of Banna and Pu'er are not only renowned for their Pu'er tea production, but also boast rich flora and fauna, ethnic customs, captivating exotic charm, and luxurious resort hotels.

In Sun River Forest Park, where animals lie dormant, you'll encounter adorable creatures and discover the mysteries of the magical animals. Delve deep into the rainforest and touch the texture of a strangler fig tree. You'll
also find the Class I protected slow loris, the Red List-endangered binturong, the graceful gibbon, the veteran rhino family, and the adorable red panda...

In the hidden gem of Pu'er, experience the magical combination of Pu'er tea and coffee, morning and evening.
People are among the trees, tea is in nature! Delve into Jingmai Mountain, experience the vast ancient tea forests, and deeply experience Pu'er tea culture.
Visit ethnic minority villages and experience the authentic customs. Ethnic minorities such as the Bulang, Lahu, Dai, Hani, and Wa have lived here for generations, protecting their tea spirit and tea gods.

Staying in Jingmai Mountain, accompanied by the sunrise over the sea of clouds, even in the rain, is a unique experience. However, the mountains are leisurely and comfortable. Watching a blazing bonfire and listening to the birdsong and insects chirping in the middle of the night is a peaceful and healing experience.

Pu'er is a destination that truly surprised me. I'd researched it countless times on maps and travel guides, but visiting it in person still filled my senses with surprise and emotion. I highly recommend it to everyone; it's definitely worth a visit! It's a journey that blends both maturity and innocence, a journey that adults and children alike will enjoy.
