Huangling, nestled in the Shi'er Mountains, covers an area of 15 square kilometers and features a variety of scenic attractions, including aerial cableway tours, village tastings, and exploring local customs and folklore. Huangling is a typical mountain village, with dwellings arranged in a fan-shaped, terraced pattern around a water source. Famous for its tastings, the village's "Heavenly Street" resembles a jade belt, connecting classic ancient buildings. It's lined with Anhui-style shops, with shops in front and workshops in the back, creating a moving, abbreviated version of the "Along the River During the Qingming Festival."

Huangshan, located in southern Anhui Province, was formerly known as Yishan and renamed Huangshan in the Tang Dynasty. It is now part of Huangshan City. Hailed as a national treasure and a wonder of the world, Huangshan Scenic Area has become a symbol of the Chinese nation's magnificent landscape. Its three main peaks—Lotus, Bright Summit, and Heavenly Capital—all rise over 1,800 meters above sea level. Huangshan combines the grandeur of Mount Tai, the precipitousness of Mount Hua, the misty clouds of Mount Heng, the cascading waterfalls of Mount Lu, the intricate rocks of Yandang, and the beauty of Mount Emei. It is particularly renowned for its four unique features: unusual pines, grotesque rocks, seas of clouds, and hot springs. Huangshan is a first-tier national key scenic spot and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1990.

Hongcun is one of the first 12 national historical and cultural villages. As of 2014, the town has more than 140 Ming and Qing dynasty dwellings well preserved. Its main attractions include: Spring Dawn on Nanhu Lake, Reading in the Academy, Lotus in the Moon Pond, Niuchang Canal, Twin Creeks Reflecting the Green, Ancient Trees in Front of the Pavilion, and Sunset on Leigang Hill. It was listed as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 2000.

Xidi Village, with its nearly 1,000-year history, was designated a World Cultural Heritage Site in 2000 and is known as a "treasure trove of ancient residential architecture." Hundreds of Ming and Qing dynasty dwellings remain within the village, with buildings and roads paved with marble. Two clear springs flow through the village, and 99 high-walled alleys create a maze-like experience.
