Day 1 Across the country → Huangshan City → Hongcun

Tourists from all over the world are advised to arrive in Huangshan City as early as possible today (by plane or high-speed rail). We will pick you up at the airport/Huangshan North Station/Tunxi City hotel and transfer you to Hongcun. You will then be accommodated based on your arrival time and enjoy either free time or a guided tour of the Hongcun scenic area. Hongcun is a culmination of Hui-style architecture, with its sophisticated layout, ingenious structure, beautiful decoration, and profound cultural heritage, a truly rare sight in China.
Guests arriving in Tunxi the night before can choose the Huixiu performance.
The Huangshan Huixiu performance is a must-see in Huangshan. This live-action performance showcases the profound culture and history of Huizhou, showcasing its merchants, opera, Huizhou-style architecture, and ancient villages. Experience an immersive audio-visual experience, resonate with the performers, and immerse yourself in a dreamlike Huizhou, fully understanding its history through the vibrant colors of ink and color. (You can click the link below to order discounted tickets separately. VIP seats are reserved for the 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM showtime during holidays. Tickets can be collected at the Huangshan Huixiu Service Center, also known as the Huangshan Performing Arts City. Tickets can be collected approximately half an hour before the show. The exact time will be announced on the day. Arriving early also allows access to the theater's surroundings for a variety of exciting performances, including acrobatics, dances, and character shows. One adult can bring one child under 1.2 meters free of charge. Children without a ticket do not have a seat; please check the box if you wish to reserve a seat.)
For tourists who place an order for an unaccompanied tour package, a local professional driver will contact you in advance and pick you up at Hongcun.
Tourists who place an order for a driver-guide accompanying package will be picked up and dropped off by a licensed Buick GL8 commercial vehicle. They will also be accompanied to the Hongcun scenic area, check in, and explain the tour according to the schedule.
Day 2 Hongcun → Huangshan

Today we recommend setting off for Huangshan Scenic Area around 10:00 am and taking the cable car up the mountain (the cable car fee is not included, so it is recommended to take the cable car to balance your physical strength and time).
Note: Huangshan is a huge mountain range. Even if you take the cable car up the mountain, you still need to walk up the stairs in the middle. The road is very up and down, especially when taking the Yuping Cable Car from the front mountain. It is very difficult. We strongly recommend that you try to go up the mountain as early as possible.
Suggested routes up the mountain:
If you have more energy and more time, we recommend taking the Yuping Cableway up the mountain from the front mountain. In the afternoon, you'll visit the Welcoming Pine, Aoyu Peak, Tianhai, Guangmingding, and Beihai (Shizi Peak, Mengbi Shenghua). In the evening, you'll enjoy the stunning sunset from the mountain before checking into your hotel. (The entire journey is expected to take about 4 hours.)
If you have average stamina or depart too late in the morning, we recommend taking the Yungu Cableway up the mountain, visiting Shixin Peak and Beihai Scenic Area in the afternoon, and then checking into the hotel. (The entire journey is expected to take about 2 hours.)
Note: If the Xihai Grand Canyon is open, you can arrange to visit it today or the next day. (The entire Xihai Grand Canyon hike is expected to take at least 4 hours, and it is recommended to take at least one cable car ride. Tickets are 100 yuan per person.)
Overnight, check into a standard four-star hotel on the mountaintop (see Huangshan Shilin Hotel, Huangshan Xihai Hotel (Zone B), and other basic room types). A buffet dinner is provided, which can be arranged on-site. Rest early to recharge for tomorrow's excursions.
Day 3 Huangshan Scenic Area → Huangshan City/Huangshan North Railway Station/Huangshan Tunxi Airport, etc.

According to the weather forecast today, if you want to watch the sunrise, you need to get up early and go to a location near the hotel to watch the sunrise over Huangshan.
Recommended sunrise spots:
Shilin Hotel - Watch the sunrise from the Qingliang Terrace or the Lion and Monkey Sea Viewing Area
Xihai Hotel - Watching the Sunrise at Danxia Peak
Today's descent route:
Just like taking the Yuping Cable Car up the mountain the day before, today you will visit Monkey Viewing the Sea, Shixin Peak, Beihai Scenic Area, etc., go down the mountain from the Yungu Cable Car, and transfer to the scenic shuttle bus to the transfer center.
If you took the Yungu Cable Car up the mountain the day before, it is recommended to get up early today, visit Paiyun Pavilion, Feilai Stone, Guangmingding, Aoyu Peak, Yixiantian, Welcoming Pine, etc., go down the mountain from Yuping Cable Car, and transfer to the scenic shuttle bus to the transfer center.
If you are in good physical condition and have enough time, you can hike up Tiandu Peak from the Welcoming Pine, then go down the mountain to Ciguang Pavilion, and then take the scenic shuttle bus to the transfer center.
The driver will contact you in advance to confirm the pick-up time and take you to the designated location (city/high-speed rail station/airport, etc., you can make a note of the route or contact customer service to make a note)
