Conghua Ten Climbs | Triangle Bun One-Day Climb

Day 1 Guangzhou → Liangkou, Conghua → Sanjiaoji → Xitou Village → Guangzhou

All day

7:30 Check in at Kecun Exit B (Line 3 & Line 8) and look for the China-TravelNote flag to check in;

Depart on time at 8:00. The tour leader will introduce the day's itinerary and interact with the group.

10:00 Arrive at the starting point for warm-up exercises and start hiking. The morning is quite relaxing, with a gentle dirt road and a small stream along the way.

12:30 Find a flat area and start the challenge after lunch. There are not many people walking on the triangular bun, and the grass on some sections will be dense, so be sure to wear long-sleeved clothes and protect your little face.

After reaching the summit, we went downhill all the way to Shadow Village, relaxed our muscles, stretched our legs, and waited for the last teammate to descend safely before we began our return journey;

We returned to Guangzhou around 8 p.m., kissed goodbye with tears, and ended our pleasant trip.

Hiking: Distance: 14km, total ascent 800m, 6km downhill section (mud road + cement road), hiking time 6-8 hours

Sanjiaoji, at 1,002 meters above sea level, is the tenth highest peak in Conghua. Located in Liangxin Village, Liangkou Town, Conghua, it borders Tiantangding, Laohutou, and Wuzhi Mountain, offering panoramic views of the Five Finger Mountains. The path to Sanjiaoji is very primitive, with bamboo forests, trees, thatch, and shrubs lining the ridge. The peak is steep and pointed, hence the name "Sanjiaoji."
