13:00

Arriving at Tung Ping Chau, we began our circular island hike. This area is home to a remarkable work of nature, where layers of sedimentary rock have been formed through 55 million years of seawater erosion. Designated a UNESCO World Geopark, the island's unique rocks are considered one of Hong Kong's four wonders. The island is uninhabited on weekdays, with boats only available on weekends and holidays. Aside from a few local convenience stores, the island is pristine nature, with its azure seas, blue skies, and wondrous rocks, creating a truly idyllic paradise.

2:00 PM

After arriving at the location of "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", the team leader organized everyone to take aerial photos. After the aerial photos, we continued hiking around the island.

5:00 PM

Return in time by speedboat to Tai Mei Tuk Pier.

6:00 PM

Back at the Tai Mei Tuk Youth Hostel, everyone can make their own arrangements for meals. There are tea restaurants, Thai restaurants, etc. near the hostel. Those who are interested can also try the barbecue buffet.

8:00 PM

After dinner, you can enjoy the stars and the moon, or play board games and drink some wine in the hostel and take a rest at the right time.

Hiking: The whole journey is about 7km, 3-4 hours, with flat roads and part of the coastline, very relaxing

Day 2 Tai Mei Tuk - Canoe - Ma Shi Chau

07:30

In the morning, you can have breakfast at your own leisure and pack your luggage to check out and leave it at the front desk.

09:00

Arrive at Tai Mei Tuk Pier and rent a kayak. Don your life jacket and learn how to use it from a professional guide. Depart from Tai Mei Tuk, a calm sea, and paddle approximately 5 kilometers to Ma Shi Chau, a geological island park.

11:00

Located in Tai Po District, Hong Kong, Tai Po Ting Triangle is a vibrant water sports hotspot known as the "Hong Kong Amazon." Its calm waters make it a great spot for beginners to try kayaking, and the area boasts natural landscapes such as mangroves, Ma Shi Chau, and Sam Mun Tsai Fish Rafts. While paddling, you can weave through the mangroves and witness the changing ecology of the tides. You can also see the islands and sandbars of Ma Shi Chau, and even spot starfish and small fish in the water—a perfect place to connect with nature.

13:00

The canoeing experience is over, and we return to the hostel to shower and change clothes. The activity is over, and everyone is free to disperse.

You can go to Tai Mei Tuk Bus Terminal and take a bus to Tai Po Market MTR Station, then take the East Rail to Hong Kong city for food, drink and entertainment, or return to Shenzhen Port.

Note: As a coastal city, Hong Kong's weather can be volatile. For safety reasons, hiking activities may be canceled due to typhoons, heavy rain, and other factors. If the activity is canceled due to weather conditions, we will fully refund your payment. However, any consequential losses (including but not limited to airfare, hotel, visa fees, etc.) will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
