We set off for Lin'an. Along the way, the tour leader introduced the itinerary and precautions in the car, and everyone was laughing and chatting all the way.

Arrive at a farmhouse near the entrance of Huihang Ancient Road and have lunch.

After a rest after the meal, we passed through the [Zhechuan Ancient Village] and officially set off on the ancient road. The ancient road wound along the mountains and the scenery on both sides was beautiful.

Arrive at Lantian'ao, 1,050 meters above sea level. Lantian'ao is the highest point on the Huihang Ancient Road. Standing at the mouth of the ravine, you can gaze out over the mountains of Anhui and Zhejiang, with the surrounding hills bowing down beneath your feet. Beyond, peaks and ridges rise and fall, the ancient road stretches endlessly, and the empty mountains and quiet valleys are breathtaking.

We stopped along the way to enjoy the scenery; we came to a farm house, had a meal and chatted. The night in the mountains was particularly quiet, with occasional barking of dogs and shining stars. It was a good time to rest.

Depart at the right time and continue your journey along the ancient trail. Along the way, the ancient trail winds along the mountains and the scenery on both sides is beautiful.

Arriving at the First Pass of Jiangnan, this is the highlight of the Huihang Ancient Road. The stone plank road carved out of the thousand-meter cliff is magnificent.
Walking on the ancient road, you can see the crystal clear water of Xiaoyao Valley, which is sometimes bright and sometimes emerald green, with various changes and colorful. The strange rocks and beautiful water in the canyon complement the majestic and dangerous ancient road to form a natural landscape painting.
When we walked out of the ancient road, the bus had been waiting there for a long time. We took the bus to a farmhouse near Longchuan for dinner.
