The Huihang Ancient Trail, one of Zhejiang's top ten outdoor trails, is renowned throughout East China. Its rich tapestry of culture and landscape makes it a classic entry-level outdoor trail for beginners! "If one lacks cultivation in previous lives, one will be born in Huizhou; at the age of thirteen or fourteen, one will be thrown out." Southern Anhui, formerly known as Huizhou, is nestled between Huangshan Mountain in the north and Tianmu Mountain in the south. The Huihang Ancient Trail stretches over forty miles from Fuling Town, Jixi County, Anhui Province, in the west to Maxiao Township, Lin'an City, Zhejiang Province, in the east. It served as a crucial link between Huizhou and Hangzhou in ancient times. A relatively well-preserved section of the trail, the winding mountain path within Jixi County, stretches approximately five miles and represents the essence of the Huihang Ancient Trail.
