At noon, we arrived at Hengxi, Xianju County for lunch

After dinner, we changed to a small car (buses with more than 18 seats need to be changed) to the starting point of the hike. The team leader led everyone to do a thorough warm-up and set off on foot.
We will pass Erliban and Nantian Village, pass the generals' platform built in the Ming Dynasty, walk across the stone bridge, pass through the stone archway, and walk through the valleys, forests, and streams; we will look for autumn colors among the mountains and find allusions in the ancient villages.

Arrive at the stone-built Yanxia Village. Immerse yourself in this pristine, natural stone world; find a few pictures to capture the artistic atmosphere of the stone walls.

Dine at a village farmhouse at your leisure. Spend your own share of the delicious farmhouse dinner. Afterward, stroll through the ancient village, where the winding alleys create a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Chat and exchange stories with old and new friends. Life needs to slow down occasionally, to admire the moon and the stars, and savor the tranquility of the place.
Day 2 Yanxia Village → Xianju → Hangzhou

If the weather is good, for those who want to watch the sunrise today, we will get up early in the morning (around 4 o'clock)
Under the guidance of the team leader, we climbed to the ridge line at an altitude of 1,100 meters to watch the sunrise over the sea of clouds (the temperature is low in the early morning, so remember to keep warm).
Note: You must set out after dark to watch the sunrise, and a headlamp is essential. The route is round trip, with a steep climb and a slope. It is a ridge firebreak, so please choose according to your physical condition.
You can also take a leisurely nap and wait for your friends to return at sunrise. Then, head to the village entrance and buy a steaming hot, authentic Jinyun sesame cake to make your trip to the Ancient Sesame Cake Trail a success.

We packed our bags and headed east along the ancient trail. A towering mountain, steeply rocked, with a majestic waterfall cascading from a gap at the top, was revealed. The mountain was named "Bai Zhang Rock." We then passed through Yanbei Village and Dongkeng, admiring the pristine natural scenery and experiencing the beauty and vicissitudes of historical sites along the way.
