Located in Qingxin District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, the Hecang Ancient Trail is a rare karst hiking route in Qingyuan. Surrounded by sparsely populated villages and dense vegetation, the approximately 10-kilometer route is largely unobstructed, making it a challenging hike. Several kilometers of the trail are lined with pristine stone steps, believed to have been built by Hecang Village and surrounding villagers for their trips to the market. Along the way, you can explore the Hecang Cave, where the rocks have been formed over millennia. The magnificent rock formations are a true marvel of nature's ingenuity.
