Day 1 Shanghai → Yuyao Tongling Village → Shanghai

Meet at designated location (latecomers will not be accepted!)
The bus departs promptly at 7:30 AM. The journey is quite long, so the tour leader will introduce himself and explain the itinerary, creating a lively atmosphere and allowing everyone to recharge their batteries for the upcoming hike.

We arrived at Tongling Village, the meeting point for the Tongling Wonderland hike, and started hiking after warming up!
At the beginning of the trip, we will pass through two tunnels that look like the time and space in Hayao Miyazaki's "Spirited Away". They are about 200 meters long and have "Tongling Wonderland" written on them. The tunnels are made of stone. After exiting the tunnels, the view suddenly opens up. The ancient houses, ancient temples, turbulent waterfalls and pools with a sense of age constitute a paradise scenery that is not known to have existed in the Han, Wei and Jin dynasties.

We arrived at Tongling Wonderland, climbed up the dam, then crossed the grass and started climbing along the slope. Later we will climb up the windmill tower to take photos and check in. You can also rest here, sit on the ground, and enjoy the road meals you prepared with your friends!

Climb to the top of Cixi's first peak - Tanaogang on foot, and look out, you will see Cixi and Yuyao connected together!

We continue our journey! Continuing along the Tanaogang hiking trail, we begin our descent. The scenery along the way is quite nice. After finishing the ancient trail, we begin our descent through the bamboo forest. This section of the road is a bit rough, so be careful not to slip!
We kept going through bamboo forests and mountain villages. The road conditions in the second half were easier to walk, but it would be hot if the weather was hot.

We got back in the car and started our return journey

After returning to Shanghai, everyone helped each other along the way. When it was time to say goodbye, they were reluctant to leave and kissed each other with tears in their eyes!
