After dinner, we'll walk to the Qinling Rural Observatory. Liuba County, located at the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains, boasts high forest coverage, a low population density, and minimal light pollution. Its high-altitude villages and towns offer breathtaking stargazing views. Here, the "Xinhuo" Rural Observatory, resembling a white rocket about to launch, is the first professional-grade observatory in Shaanxi Province open to tourists in a rural setting. Designed as a 5-meter-diameter astronomical observation dome, it houses a large refracting 152MMAPO binocular telescope for daily planetary monitoring and observations of star clusters and nebulae.
Here, there are astronomy teachers who will carefully and patiently tell the kids about the fantastic universe. Not only can they learn about the scientific knowledge of the solar system, but they can also learn about telescope observation and assembly. If the weather is good, we will climb to the top of the planetarium and observe sunspots with professional astronomical telescopes.

Based on the current lunar phase, with the guidance of an astronomy instructor, you'll observe the moon through a telescope, gaze up at the Milky Way from amidst the wheat fields, and experience the romance of the universe! Astronomical activities are significantly affected by weather, so please understand if we may not be able to observe normally at night due to weather conditions!

9:00 Head to Lover's Valley and Lion Valley Ranch
Liuba County's Lion Valley Pasture and Milk Lake are two renowned natural attractions, attracting visitors with their unique grassland scenery and alpine lakes. Local herders graze their cattle and sheep here, creating an idyllic scene. At Lion Valley Pasture, visitors can freely roam freely, encounter grazing calves and lambs, and experience the natural atmosphere while admiring the beautiful scenery of Milk Lake. The Lover's Scenic Area boasts over 500 acres of towering larch forests, suspension bridges, and wooden plank roads. The tall, upright larch trees, with their swaying shadows, create a perfect backdrop for photo opportunities.
12:00 Arrive at Liuba Old Street
Arrive at Liuba Old Street at noon. Everyone will find delicious food on their own. After that, you can take a leisurely stroll in the old street and experience the charm of southern Shaanxi.
14:00 Return to Xi'an
We arrived in Xi'an at around 6pm, and the two-day trip was coming to an end. We kissed goodbye with tears in our eyes and planned to meet again next time.
