Most activities can proceed as usual even if there is light rain. There is still fun to be had on rainy days. If heavy rain is forecast, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

The Beijing Longmenjian Scenic Area is located in Qingshui Town, Mentougou District, approximately 90 kilometers from the city center, covering approximately 20 square kilometers. Its main attraction is the Grand Canyon, which stretches 15 kilometers and is Beijing's largest. Its unique geological structure has earned it the nickname "Northern China's Geological Museum." The Longmenjian Gorge is divided into two streams, east and west, each stretching over ten miles. They combine the towering majesty of the Yangtze River Three Gorges, the beauty of Guilin's landscape, the cascading waterfalls of Kuang Lu, and the cascading springs of Huangshan Mountain, earning it the nickname "Yanjing's Little Three Gorges" and "West Beijing's Little Guilin." Within the scenic area, peaks confront each other, towering azure skies, and streams gurgle and splash. Visitors can admire numerous scenic spots, including General Rock, One Line Sky, and Black Dragon Pool. Furthermore, the area's high concentration of negative oxygen ions makes it a veritable "natural oxygen bar," with temperatures 7-8°C cooler than in the city during midsummer, making it a pleasant and ideal destination for travel and vacation.

Cuandixia Village, located northwest of Zhaitang Town in Mentougou District, Beijing, boasts one of the most well-preserved ancient residential complexes and is recognized as a "Famous Historical and Cultural Village in China." The village's well-preserved courtyard-style dwellings from the Ming and Qing dynasties are of exceptional historical, cultural, and architectural value. Cuandixia's buildings, nestled against the mountainside, are layered and arranged in a crisscross pattern, showcasing a simple and elegant aesthetic. The village's ancient opera stages, gatehouses, and other structures are exquisitely carved and richly painted, demonstrating the mastery of ancient artisans. The beautiful natural environment, surrounded by mountains, lush vegetation, and fresh air, complements the ancient architecture, creating a breathtaking landscape.
