Understand the culture and stories of Shaanxi cuisine. Shaanxi cuisine has created countless famous delicacies in thousands of years, and has continued the spirit of Shaanxi cuisine. Banquets such as "Shaowei Banquet" and "Zhou Bazhen" are eye-opening and allow people to once again feel the temperament of Shaanxi cuisine, which is "generous, grand, vulgar and elegant". Follow the teacher's explanation and explore the source of the national trend of food. During the explanation, please listen attentively and acquire food knowledge. The instructor will also interact at any time. Children who actively answer questions will receive small prizes.
Little Chef Online
Dressed in chef outfits, the children embarked on a September craft project: a colorful vegetable basket. Under the guidance of a professional chef from Xi'an Restaurant, they made vegetable buns shaped like tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, corn, and more. The adorable shapes tested the children's patience. Once they were finished, they steamed them and put them into a small basket to take home.

After tasting the food you made yourself, you will be awarded the "Little Chef Certificate" and take a group photo!
