Depart for Dongshan Island, arriving at 2:00 PM. After checking into the hotel and dropping off our luggage, we headed to Nanmen Bay to check in at the colorful fishing village, one of the filming locations for the movie "The Left Ear." On one side, there's the azure sea and blue sky, while on the other, there are colorful houses and the ocean, just like the scene in the movie! Tongshan Ancient Town - In the city, facing the sea, check in at Ding Street, Nanmen Bay, Fisherman's Wharf, Wengong Temple, and Nanming Academy.
Follow the coastline to Shuangmianhai, a unique spot on Dongshan Island known for its "double-sided sea." At high tide, the waters on both sides surge up, competing with each other, submerging the sandy beach in the middle, creating a scene of the sky. At low tide, a navigable sandbar appears at Nanmen Bay. After low tide, you can walk along the double-sided beach to Nanyu Island, a magical path that emerges with the ebb and flow of the tide. Nanyu Island retains its pristine natural scenery, with only a single temple. The island's most famous landmark is its green and white lighthouse, a filming location for the movie "Your Wedding."
Sit on the riverbank and admire the sunset, while there are plenty of sea view cafes waiting to be visited. In the evening, you can find your own food at the many seafood stalls and snack bars, offering a wide variety of options to suit your budget.
