Chongqing Rail Transit (CRT) refers to the urban rail transit system serving the Chongqing metropolitan area in China. Its first line opened for sightseeing on November 6, 2004, and officially opened for operation on June 18, 2005. It is the first urban rail transit line in western China.

As of December 2017, Chongqing had six operational rail transit lines: Lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 10 (including the National Expo and Airport lines). The network covers the entire urban area of ​​Chongqing, with 154 stations and 13 transfer stations. The total operating mileage is 264.3 kilometers, ranking sixth in China and first in central and western China. Lines 1, 5, 6, and 10 are subway systems, totaling 149 kilometers; Lines 2 and 3 are monorail systems (straddle-type monorail), totaling 115 kilometers.
