We arrived at Shuihui Garden, a free 4A scenic spot. We can enter the park on site or make an appointment in advance (reservation method: follow the Shuihui Garden Scenic Area WeChat official account)
This was once the retreat of Mao Pijiang, a talented scholar from Jiangnan in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, and Dong Xiaowan, a beautiful lady from Qinhuai. Although it is not as intricately carved and graceful as the Suzhou gardens, it has a unique graceful atmosphere of this small town. There is also a bonsai garden and a small zoo inside, which makes it quite interesting to visit!

We headed to East Street to find the highlight of our day – Rugao cuisine!
Rugao's morning tea culture has always been famous. We can't catch up with the morning tea, but we can still taste their special features.
Rugao's crab roe buns are so delicious they ooze out the instant you open them, their wrappers soaked in oil for a delicious and rich flavor! Panshui noodles come with three toppings: pickled mustard greens, green peppers, and chives – take your pick! For the traditional oven-baked sesame cakes, we highly recommend the Yingchun Bridge traditional oven-baked sesame cakes, which have been featured on CCTV. Choose from savory or sweet options, and enjoy them piping hot from the oven. The crispy exterior envelops the soft interior, making them irresistible!

After we finished our shopping and eating, we boarded our bus and headed to a special museum - the Li Changyu Criminal Investigation Science Museum.
Special reminder: The museum's style is realistic and will recreate the crime scene. Minors and those with weak mental endurance should visit with caution! !
Li Changyu - "the first Chinese detective", participated in world-famous cases: the century trial of American football star O.J. Simpson, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the murder of three generations of a family, and many other cases that shocked the American society!
The exhibition adopts the method of restoring the scene, which has a slight visual impact and is very attractive to visitors who like to watch suspenseful detective stories.
The exhibition hall has 3 floors, and we can watch as much as we want inside, help to reason out the case, and see how the famous detective unravels the mystery!
