We will stop at two service areas along the way for you to rest, eat, replenish supplies, etc.

1:10 PM

We arrived at the Furong Gorge scenic area. The cliffs were steep and the valley was narrow, giving people a sense of the spectacular scene of "one man guarding the pass, ten thousand men unable to break through."

One step, one scene, very easy to shoot

There are many mountain paths inside, and you can wander around for a long time. The mountain scenery remains pristine, so everyone should protect the environment when they go there.

We took a circular route in the scenic area, which was about 4 to 5 km in length and was not difficult.

·night

After everyone has finished enjoying the scenery and taking photos, we will take the bus to leave the scenic area.

Then we went to the B&B to check in, and then went to look for Jinyun’s local specialties and start a food tour ~ to reward our hungry stomachs!

After dinner, you can take a walk in this paradise with friends, family or alone.

But everyone should go to bed early to keep enough energy for the beautiful scenery the next day!

Day 2 B&B → Zhutan Mountain → Yandang Book House → Niweng Cave → Xiao Chibi → Xiandu Temple → Dinghu Peak → Hotel

·morning

Preface:

Xiandu in the early morning is like an ink painting that has just been unveiled, with a bit of mystery and tranquility.

When the first ray of sunlight penetrates the veil of night and sprinkles on this land shrouded in clouds and mist, Xiandu begins its charming moment of the day.

In the early morning, Zhutan Mountain is surrounded by fairy air, like a fairyland in a dream. Friends who wake up early can change into their favorite ancient costumes or clothes and go to Zhutan Mountain to check in and take photos (it is not far away and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. It is recommended to go at 5 am for the best effect!) to capture the fairy-like feeling.

07:00

After breakfast at the B&B, we took our personal gear for today's trip. Valuable items must be carried with you.

Pack the rest of your luggage and load it onto the bus. (The bus is not available for touring the scenic area today. The bus will load your luggage and then return to the scenic area in the afternoon to pick you up.)

At this time, we are preparing to hike to Zhutan Mountain, the location where the photo of the old farmer herding cattle that made Xiandu famous was taken. The photo of the old farmer herding cattle has been shown on China's high-speed rail, Beijing subway, travel magazines, and on the big screen in New York's Times Square.

Many people come here just to take a photo of "one cow and two people" walking on Dingbu Bridge.

Zhutan Mountain in the early morning is a tranquil and mysterious painting.

The morning light shines on Zhutan Mountain, and the green hills are lightly shrouded in thick mist.

This morning, China-TravelNote exclusively invited an old man to lead the cattle, just to allow everyone to avoid the peak crowds during the free performance period, so that guests can interact with the cattle. The old farmer smoked, wore a straw hat, and danced with a lantern, and the atmosphere was immediately full!

08:20

After taking photos at Zhutan Mountain, we met up with a local professional scenic area tour guide and took the scenic area bus to Yandang Book House.

Yandang Book House is a tourist attraction in Xiandu Scenic Area where it is very easy to queue up, but those of us who live in the scenic area will witness the charm of Yandang Book House earlier than individual tourists!

Regarding [Yan Dang Book House], it is hidden in the mountains of Lishui, Zhejiang. It is a classic presentation of the design and reuse of tuff mines. It is the place where you can read books with your head down and look at the clouds with your head up!

No matter which angle you take the photo from, this place is very photogenic. It feels like a dune-style study, and it is even called "Little Dunhuang in Southern Zhejiang". It is worthy of being the wonders of nature! (The study converted from a mine is really shocking and unique. I recommend everyone to experience it in depth)

09:30

Shortly after leaving Yandang Book House, we arrived at another scenic spot, Niweng Cave. Niweng Cave, located on Chuyang Mountain in Xiandu, consists of three caves, one large and one small.

In front of the cave, there is a winding stream and Dinghu Lake is in sight. It is said that in ancient times, Ji Ni lived in seclusion here. The three characters "Ni Weng Cave" written by Li Yangbing of the Tang Dynasty are engraved on the stone at the entrance of the cave.

Then everyone gathered together, followed the scenic area guide's steps, took the scenic shuttle bus, and prepared to go to [Little Chibi]

10:30

We came to [Little Chibi]. At this time, we climbed up Little Chibi. It was called [Little Chibi] because the cliff facing the stream was steep, red and white, like fireworks.

12:00

After visiting Little Chibi, we headed to our next stop: Xiandu Temple. This is a key historical site in the Xiandu Scenic Area in Jinyun, Zhejiang Province. Also known as the "Zhaohou Shrine" or "Wushanghou Temple," it's one of the oldest temples in the area. While not the largest, its historical heritage and unique atmosphere are well worth a visit. It was also the filming location for the opening scene of the famous movie "The Taoist Goes Down the Mountain."

12:30

It is noon now. Everyone can find food, take photos and rest freely in the scenic area to prepare for the Dinghu Peak trip in the afternoon.

2:00 PM

Regarding Dinghu Peak, it is not only a paradise for nature lovers, but also the best choice for photographers and history and culture enthusiasts.

Whether you want to explore the Yellow Emperor culture or appreciate the beauty of Jiangnan mountains and rivers, Dinghu Peak is a rare tourist destination.

You can choose to take the cable car or walk 999 steps (not difficult, beautiful scenery) to reach the top of Dinghu Peak. There is a sightseeing platform on the top of the mountain, which provides a great perspective to appreciate the surrounding scenery.

Dinghu Peak in Jinyun Xiandu is very unique and is known as "the first peak in the world" and "the first bamboo shoot in the world". This huge stone pillar, shaped like a bamboo shoot in spring, rises from the ground and pierces the sky. It is the core of the Xiandu Scenic Area.

5:00 PM

After visiting these attractions, it was already getting dark. Xiandu under the sunset was less noisy than during the day, and everything was quiet.

We gathered and the bus had been waiting at the designated location for a long time. We boarded the bus and headed to Jinyun County to stay at the hotel and try some Jinyun cuisine.

Driving time: Pick up at the scenic area,

Note: 1. There are many individual tourists in the scenic area, please follow the group or pay attention to the messages in the group in time.
2. The scenic area cannot operate buses during the day, and only scenic shuttle buses can pass.

Day 3 Xiandu Scenic Area → Heyang Ancient Residences → Shanghai

08:30

Breakfast time

09:00

After breakfast, we took a bus to the national 4A-level scenic spot [Heyang Ancient Residence].

It is the filming location of "Wheat Fragrance" and has a history of more than a thousand years. It still retains the layout of "one stream, two pits, one street and five alleys" from the Yuan Dynasty, with 5 ancient building complexes, 6 Zhu's ancestral halls and 32 ancient temples.

A living fossil of the ancient Jiangnan village, it had "800 chimneys and 3,000 people" in ancient times and is a representative of the Wu style of architecture in central Zhejiang.

It is one of the ten thousand-year-old ancient villages in Zhejiang Province and a national key cultural relic protection unit!

Different from other ancient towns in the south of the Yangtze River, this place is almost non-commercialized, with a real ancient charm, a strong sense of fireworks, and original flavor.

Note: In order to avoid boring trip, we specially arranged a local guide to lead everyone to learn more about the past and present of Heyang ancient houses.

12:00

We went to the group dining area for lunch

7:00 PM

We returned to Shanghai and kissed goodbye with tears!

Driving time: Heyang Ancient Residence ~ Shanghai 5 hours
