[Wonderful World - Guifeng]

Arriving at the entrance to Guifeng, a mountain even the ancient travel blogger Xu Xiake visited twice, Guifeng boasts breathtaking Danxia landforms and unusual peaks and rocks. It's also a World Heritage Site, boasting a picturesque scene at every step. After a quick refreshment, let's journey into this otherworldly wonder!

10:30

Start from the visitor center and walk to the Osmanthus Garden and then go up the mountain.

11:30

We arrived at the Southern Sky Pillar, one of the most iconic sights of Turtle Peak. It's dozens of meters tall, wide in the middle and narrow at both ends, and stands upside down on the cliff. It's a unique sight and worth taking a photo. There are few supplies in the scenic area, so we brought our own lunch and enjoyed it at noon.

13:00

Camel Peak is one of the highest peaks in the scenic area, and it is very steep. Some sections of the climb to Camel Peak are very dangerous, such as the almost vertical iron ladder at the top of the peak. Be sure to pay attention to safety and do it according to your ability. From the Camel Peak Observation Deck, you can overlook the magnificent view of the Turtle Peak Danxia Landform. If the weather conditions are right, the sea of clouds after the rain is even more stunning.

3:00 PM

After descending from Camel Peak, we headed to Qingshuitang. After returning to the scenic area entrance, we headed to the Reclining Buddha Scenic Area (approximately a 20-minute drive).

3:30 PM

We arrived at the world's largest reclining Buddha scenic area; this is a neglected or under-promoted attraction! Just imagine, a mountain over 400 meters long and over 60 meters high carved into a Buddha. The exquisite craftsmanship, profound cultural heritage, and stunning visual effects... It's hard to describe.

5:00 PM

At the end of the tour, return to Shangrao City (about 1.5 hours by car)

6:30 PM

【Shangrao Night Time】

Arriving in Shangrao, we can have a meal at our own convenience, and then we can go shopping in groups to enjoy the night view of Shangrao.

Driving time: about 1.5 hours one way

Hiking: About 10 kilometers, climbing about 460 meters, taking about 5 hours
