This old county road has been preserved by time and ignored by tourists. Few people pay attention to this old street on Tiantai Road - Zhongshan Road. If you like visiting old streets, China-TravelNote should not miss it!

This street has traces of various dynasties. On Zhongshan East Road, there are ancient buildings such as Guanyin Hall, Miaohua Tower, and Ancestral Hall.

The whole tour takes about 2 hours, and you can arrange lunch at your own leisure. If you like the hustle and bustle, you can go to the Zhexi Old Street, which is an imitation of the ancient street, where you can enjoy the quietness or bustle of the street.

Then we drove to Guoqing Temple, which was first built in the 18th year of Kaihuang in the Sui Dynasty (598 AD). It was originally named Tiantai Temple, and later it was renamed Guoqing Temple with the meaning of "If the temple is built, the country will be peaceful."

Built by Yang Guang, Prince of Jin, in the 18th year of the Kaihuang reign of the Sui Dynasty to honor Master Zhizhe for receiving the Bodhisattva precepts, the Bao'en Pagoda has six sides and nine levels. Aside from the intricately carved Buddha statues on the brick walls, the pagoda lacks the typical pointed capital.
