Today is the gathering day for the activity. Everyone arrived in Sorong and then rested in a hotel near the airport.
Around noon, visit the local market to stock up on island supplies (fruit, snacks, drinks, etc.). In the afternoon, take a boat to Vaisai, the capital of [Veigu Island] (approximately 2 hours). Upon arrival, check into a seaside hotel.

About Weigu Island
Located in West Papua, Indonesia, within the Raja Ampat Islands (Raja Ampat), Uego Island is the largest island in the archipelago (approximately 3,155 square kilometers) and boasts a rich diversity. Endemic species such as the scarlet bird of paradise, cuscus, wrinkled monitor, and heron inhabit the island. The surrounding waters boast 75% of the world's coral species (over 540), as well as over 1,300 fish species, making it a true diving paradise.

丨Pasir Timbul
A natural sandbar located in the waters off Mansúar Island. Its most striking feature is the dynamic landscape shaped by the tides: the sandbar emerges only at low tide, visible for only a few hours each day (usually between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.), while at high tide it is completely submerged in the clear waters. This is why it's known as the "Magical Sandbar" or "Rising Dune."
丨Yenbuba
The small fishing village on the southwest side of Gam Island is home to a dense coral garden, famous for its eponymous pier dive site. The vibrant corals cling to the wooden piles, and blacktip sharks and sea turtles frequent the area, making them easily visible during snorkeling.
In the afternoon, take a paddleboard tour across the lagoon near Yenwar homestay, led by an outdoor guide.
丨Self-funded recommendation
The Raja Ampat Islands are the pinnacle of Southeast Asian diving, a dream destination for diving enthusiasts. Tourists with a diving license (OW or higher, no tank requirement) shouldn't miss it. Please notify us at least two days in advance if interested. A diving permit for Raja Ampat costs approximately 300 RMB (a single payment), and each dive costs approximately 500 RMB. One or two dives are permitted per day.

丨Pianimo Mountain (Four Kings Business Card)
This island is renowned for its 360-degree panoramic views of the limestone islands. Its landscape, composed of mushroom-shaped limestone pinnacles, rises above the turquoise lagoon, creating a striking contrast with the surrounding pristine rainforest. It's known as the "James Bond Island of Southeast Asia." Reaching the summit requires a 15-minute climb up 340 wooden steps, where you can observe unique tropical vegetation and birdlife along the way.
丨Sea dunes
In the afternoon, we returned to the Pasir Timbul Sand Dunes, experiencing a walk across the sea surface during low tide. We then headed to the nearby waters for another snorkeling trip, depending on the sea conditions.
4. Sky Blue River Rafting

After breakfast, take a bus to the inland port
丨Kalibiru
We took a small boat to Hidden Fjord and, upon arrival, hiked upstream through the rainforest. Our destination was a river whose color, a dreamlike blue, was created by a unique optical phenomenon and mineral interactions. Its clear waters flowed through dense rainforest, gathering into deep pools in certain sections. The vibrant blue contrasted sharply with the dark green of the surrounding vegetation, creating a visual effect reminiscent of a "natural palette."

After lunch, we returned from Lanhe and passed by the local farmers' market along the way. You can buy local specialty fruits in the market, or purchase seafood ingredients and process them back to the hotel restaurant.
5th Tianwei Ancient Island → Sorong

This is a morning without morning call. Everyone can enjoy their vacation in the hotel or go out to sea in the morning to continue diving.
In the afternoon, take the 14:00 boat back to Sorong and then check in to Sorong Hotel.
About Thrawn
Located in the northwest corner of New Guinea, Sorong is the largest city in West Papua Province and the second largest city in West New Guinea.
