Day 1 Shenzhen → Ma Liu Shui Pier → Tap Mun Island → Ma Liu Shui Pier

Meet at Gate 3 of Futian Port (Futian Port Subway Exit B) and check in with your tour leader. Look for the yellow China-TravelNote flag.

After everyone is gathered, the team leader will lead everyone through the customs. If necessary, exchange Hong Kong dollars in advance and purchase Hong Kong data.

After crossing the border, take the East Rail Line to University Station, gather at Exit B, and then walk 10-15 minutes to Ma Liu Shui Pier

Upon arrival at the pier, queue for the 12:30 PM flight to Tap Mun Island Pier. This will take you to Tap Mun Island, Hong Kong's most beautiful outlying island, and allow you to explore "Glass Island." This is the only flight available this morning, so please arrive at the pier early to queue.

Arriving at Tap Mun Island Pier, after a free lunch, our guide led a clockwise hike around the island. The island was a vast, lush oasis, a breathtaking sight. We took refreshing, film-blue photos as we walked. Along the vast ocean, we explored the Lü-shaped stacked rocks and Tap Mun Cave, strolling along the wooden boardwalk, where cattle were everywhere. We spread a picnic blanket on the grass, shared a meal, and the sea breeze blew us away.

Gather and take the boat back to Ma Liu Shui Pier (about 60 minutes)

The group will disband at Ma Liu Shui Pier. After disbanding, you can freely choose to take the bus or subway to Hong Kong city for shopping, or take the subway back to Shenzhen Port for customs clearance.
