Experience the traditional method of grinding slurry, pulling bean curd sheets over a wood stove, and experiencing the intangible cultural heritage of tofu making by solidifying the brine. Finally, taste the finished soy products you made on site, including soy milk, tofu, bean curd pudding, and bean curd sheets.
