We set off on time, and the team leader introduced us, the itinerary, safety precautions, and the team members introduced themselves. We sang and laughed all the way.

Arriving at the destination, take a light hike in Yingxi Peak Forest and see the unique scenery of the karst peak forest along the essence route.

Go to a farmhouse for lunch and taste local specialties.

After lunch, we took a short break and then drove to the Laohu Valley rafting spot to store our belongings, change into swimsuits and then start our rafting trip.

Tiger Valley Rafting, a subterranean river rafting through caves, is renowned both domestically and internationally for its rapids, grotesque rocks, unique forests, picturesque mountain scenery, deep caves, pristine natural beauty, and fresh air. It offers a fantastic underground river rafting experience unlike any other water rafting experience. The rafting route is 5.5 kilometers long, winding, and features 68 drop-offs, with the highest drop reaching 38 meters.

1. What should I bring for rafting?

A set of clean clothes to change into after rafting, and a pair of sandals or beach shoes to wear on the raft while rafting.


2. What should men and women wear when going rafting?

Men can choose to wear swimsuits and beach shorts, and quick-drying jerseys or T-shirts when rafting in Qingyuan. Women can choose to wear swimsuits and quick-drying jerseys or T-shirts, preferably darker colors.
