Magnificent Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is definitely worth a visit.

The weather forecast predicted rain all day, and the sky indeed looked gloomy. Despite this, I decided to take the bus to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple. Unexpectedly, it started raining heavily as soon as I got on the bus, but luckily, the rain eased up by the time I got off.

Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is one of Korea's three major sites dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy. It combines elements of the sea, dragons, and the Great Buddha of Mercy, making it a popular attraction in Busan. Even on a rainy day, there were still many Western tourists visiting.

Built on layers of massive rocks by the seaside, the temple offers a stunning view that remains impressive even in unfavorable weather conditions. It's absolutely worth a visit.
