Service though doesn't feel like a true luxury hotel and is lacking compared to competing brands such as Ritz Carlton, Kempinski, or Six Senses. There just didn't seem to be much staff around to help. For example, when checking out it took them over 20 minutes to send a porter to grab my luggage. The front desk was staffed by 1 person at check out.
Overall awesome
