自铜锣湾人气寿司店“Heavy Room”开业以来,便广受好评。师傅精挑细选当季新鲜食材,创意无限,每次来都能品尝到不同的美味,令人惊喜。晚餐1580元即可享用17至18道菜品,在铜锣湾地区性价比极高👍。
此外,今天我见到师傅,他特意从福冈空运到香港,更换了全新的日式餐具。从酒杯、碗碟到各种食材,都经过精心挑选,力求让食客感受到更加精致的用餐体验,非常用心🫶
▪️白葡萄酒番茄冻 | 培根胡萝卜蘸酱
这两道开胃菜都非常新鲜,番茄冻清澈香甜,培根经过数小时慢炖后软嫩入味,搭配甜美的胡萝卜蘸酱,瞬间打开了食欲。▪️
白子 |使用木鱼花水,使白子去除鱼腥味,并可使白子外酥里嫩,搭配橙醋胡萝卜泥、洋葱,清新爆棚。▪️
