📍 Urban Daybreak Kuala Lumpur Review

I visited Urban Daybreak, a famous brunch cafe in Kuala Lumpur. 🍳🥑 The exterior exuded a sophisticated cafe vibe, and the interior was bright, casual, and stylishly decorated, attracting a particularly large crowd of young customers. On weekends, I also saw quite a few international customers, giving it a "hot spot" feel.

The menu focused on Western brunch, with the signature Smashed Avocado Toast and Southern Fried Chicken Waffle being popular choices. 🥑🍗 The avocado toast I had was light and refreshing, topped with fresh avocado and a fried egg. The chicken waffle was surprisingly satisfying, with the crispy chicken and sweet waffle pairing perfectly. I ordered a flat white for coffee, and it had a nice, nutty flavor with a subtle acidity. ☕

The staff were cheerful and friendly, so the service was satisfactory, and the food came out quickly. 🙆🏻♀️ However, because the space is small, it often fills up quickly during weekend brunch hours, so there was a wait. ⏳ The prices are a bit on the high side for a brunch cafe, but considering the quality of the food and the atmosphere, it's understandable.
