🔶 Hemu Endpoint: Must exit before 19:00
Document Requirements: Previously required a pass, now no longer needed. Register at Xiaodonggou Inspection Station by scanning the code and filling in vehicle license plate number, contact person, ID card, and phone number for passage.

🔷 Limit: Daily limit of 2000 vehicles.
🔷 Direction: One-way from Altay to Hemu.

1. Vehicle Choice ❌ Sedans, beware! Some sections are bumpy with sharp turns, recommend SUV/4WD
