A place I definitely wanted to go to after deciding to go to Aomori

I rented a car at Aomori Airport and arrived in about 40 minutes!

This restaurant is located along Mutsu Bay near Asamushi Onsen

I ate a sparkling three-color bowl

I ordered a three-color bowl with sea urchin, salmon roe, and scallops

The scallops and sea urchin were prepared on the spot and were super fresh!

This is irresistible!!

What's with the baby scallops in the miso soup? 🥹

I was so happy

I also ordered turban shells and clams, and Aomori's famous sake "Hassen"

Fresh seafood and sake while looking out at Mutsu Bay

It was just the best!

I'm grateful for the driving lol
