Nogiwa Park is a peaceful nature escape in Aomori City, known for its large pond, walking trails, and seasonal beauty. I visited in summer, and the reflections of the trees on the calm water created a perfect scene for relaxation and quiet walks. The park is spacious and has benches, a bridge crossing the pond, and shaded picnic spots. It’s especially popular during cherry blossom season, but it’s equally calming year-round.
Rough Budget: Free (optional ¥500–¥800 for snacks or transport)
Travel Tip: Bring your own drinks or a bento box—there aren’t many shops nearby, and it’s a great place to picnic by the water.
