Traveling in Hokkaido, Nebuta in quiet Aomori

#Overseas travel

Location: 1 Chome-1-1 Yasukata, Aomori, 030-0803 Japan
Opening hours: 9:00-18:00 daily
Admission: 620 yen per adult, 550 yen for groups

This is a museum called “Warasse” about Aomori’s very old festival, Nebuta, which is said to be the most helpful to the local economy among Japanese festivals.
The exhibits are all wonderful, so it doesn’t feel static or boring like a museum, and it’s close to Aomori Port, so it’s a great travel course when taking a cruise or passenger ship.
Aomori is also famous for apples, and A-factory, which is an apple processing plant and sells various souvenirs and snacks, as well as a cafe, restaurant, and eateries, is located right across the street, so it would be nice to visit them together! #Hokkaido #Hokkaido #JapanTravel
