Auckland International Airport (AKL) is New Zealand's largest gateway, with direct flights from Japan (approximately 11 hours). The SkyBus takes approximately 40 minutes from the airport to the city center. Taxis and Uber are also convenient, and sharing is more cost-effective for multiple people.
