The chewy homemade noodles are delicious!

It's a restaurant that Bali repeat visitors rave about for its taste, so I was curious and went to check it out!

The location is in the calm atmosphere of Sanur. It's not in a touristy area, but the shop is located where villas and locals live, and you can get there by motorbike taxi or regular taxi.

The owner is Japanese, and it seems the place just opened recently? The interior is very clean. The painting on the terrace seat is said to be related to Hatake from the former band Sharan Q. The menu includes ramen, cold noodles, and side dishes like gyoza and fried chicken.

Since it was a hot day in the rainy season, I ordered the soy milk cold noodles.
Rp57,000 (just under 500 yen), tax and service charge not included.
The homemade noodles are chewy and firm. The soy milk soup is also delicious!
Since it had chili oil on it, if you don’t like spicy food, you might want to ask to have it removed.
It was well chilled, so I enjoyed it until the last bite.

Next time, I want to try the ramen.
