As the final chapter in my 10-day Bali journey, I returned to Sunrise Hotel for one last night—a familiar place, but with a new perspective. Just beside the hotel sits Ya Ku Kaya Toast—a cozy local coffee shop known for its buttery toast and aromatic brews. It was the perfect breakfast: crispy kaya toast served warm, a robust cup of coffee, and the soft chatter of other travelers greeting the day. This little café offered a final taste of Bali’s charm in bite-sized comfort.
