UNFOLDING BANGKOK : Living Old Building : Hua Lamp

In this review, I would like to invite you to visit the UNFOLDING BANGKOK event, which will open up your experience of Bangkok. This event is divided into separate parts. The first event will be the Living Old Building section, which will bring classic old buildings back to life. We will start at the Hua Lamphong Railway Station that we are familiar with. The event will use Architectural Lighting and Projection Mapping together. This event at Hua Lamphong will be held from March 18-26, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Admission is free (the outside lights will be on at 7:00 PM).

The main activities here will be divided into 3 parts:

1. The Wall 2023, an event by Lighting Designers Thailand and DecideKit, will showcase lights to enhance the beauty of this classic architecture in 3 locations: The Door at the entrance of the building with beautiful curves and continuous mapping so you can easily go outside and see it; The People at the station lobby; and The Emotion on the platform. Everyone's meeting and parting area to the lighting of the steam locomotive's head since World War II, as shown in the cover image.

2. Music To add entertainment to travelers, live music in various genres will be played during 24-26.03.23 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

3. A train study tour to listen to the history of Thai trains from the past to the present from experts. Today, I have Mr. Ham, a true Thai train fan, coming to tell the story in a very entertaining way.

For anyone who wants to see beautiful art, a light show that brings life to this building, don't miss it. This event is very interestingly organized by Creative Economy Agency and its network partners. There will also be 3 more buildings to play, including Greeting Benjakitti, which will be the next part for you to see. If I have a chance, I will share them one by one.

📆Date: 18.03.23 – 26.03.23
⏰Time: 16.00 – 22.00 (The Wall starts at 19.00)
📌Location: Hua Lamphong Railway Station
