The best photo location at Wat Arun in Bangkok is definitely not to be missed

I think the best shooting position
Instead, it is the restaurant on the opposite shore——Sala Rattanakosin Eatery and Bar

It is recommended that you arrange your trip to visit Wat Arun on the same day as Wat Arun
Just after taking pictures at Wat Arun, you can take a boat to the opposite side to enjoy the sunset🌅

The seat I reserved is the Terrace outdoor first floor seat
The view is relatively close and you can clearly take pictures of the Chao Phraya River and Wat Arun
The only downside is that it is quite hot and there will be mosquito bites after nightfall🦟
The Windowseat on the second floor has air conditioning and you can enjoy the view.
But the glass is not so convenient for taking photos
If you don't want to eat, you can go to the rooftop bar for a drink.
Book the time slot of 5:30-8:00 so you can enjoy the sunset and night view.

The restaurant mainly provides Thai and Western food
Must order Chicken Thai Golden Noodle "Khao Soi Gai"
Creamy curry sauce with crispy and soft egg noodles
Another bite of tender and tasty chicken chop🐔
This is the best Khao Soi I had during my entire trip to Thailand.
On the contrary, the taste of western food is quite average.

If you want to sit in the first row near the river, you definitely need to book in advance.
(I made a reservation for the photo location one and a half months in advance)
There are other tourists without reservations
When the original guests have not arrived, the staff will allow you to take photos outside (of course, the staff will be more happy if you tip 🤣)
When I left, I saw many local couples coming to the restaurant to celebrate their important day🌹
No wonder it's so hard to reserve a spot🫠

You can take a boat to Tah Tian Pier
(There is another direct line to Wat Arun Pier in Zhengwang Temple)
You can locate Tah Tian market
It will be easier to find it if you walk towards the river.
As soon as you exit the restaurant, you will see the Reclining Buddha Temple
