Today we had the chance to go to the city, so we stopped by to walk around The Markets shopping mall on Ratchadamri Road, which is opposite Central World. On the first floor, walk straight inside and you will find a food zone. There are tables and chairs for you to sit comfortably. We chose to eat at this shop, Kuay Tiew Lod Songkhrueng 2479 (Mae Bang Orn). The highlight of this shop's Kuay Tiew Lod that is different from other shops is the squid. Normally, the Kuay Tiew Lod that we have eaten before will include squid that has been soaked in braised sauce, but this shop takes the soaked squid and deep-fries it until it is dry and crispy. It is extremely delicious. They also add large, fried dried shrimps, which makes the Kuay Tiew Lod even more delicious because of the soft and smooth texture of the large noodles, the sweet pork stewed in braised sauce that is soft and tender, the soft and fragrant tofu, the sliced ​​omelet with a smooth taste, and the added crunchiness of the fried soaked squid and fried dried shrimp. It is very delicious. It truly deserves to be a Kuay Tiew Lod Songkhrueng. Because it's packed with ingredients. This bowl costs 50 baht, which is really cheap.
