Today, I followed the trend and visited Wat Arun. The entrance fee for foreigners is 100 THB, while it's free for Thai citizens. It doesn't really feel like a temple anymore; it has become more of a tourist attraction. However, there is still a monk in the nearby temple. There were many people, and the overall experience was just average. I personally prefer less crowded and quieter temples.
