Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn, is the greatest cultural heritage left over from the reign of King Mongkut during the Ayutthaya period. It is also the oldest building and the most visited temple on the Chao Phraya River today. Open from 8am to 6pm every day, the ticket fee for foreigners to enter Wat Arun is 200 baht, and there are strict clothing regulations (the temple provides rental services for long skirts and salons). You can also rent Thai clothes at the shop next to it to check in 📸
