The ramen here has chewy noodles and comes with many types of soup to choose from. This ramen shop originated in Osaka, Japan.
The menu I ordered today is the shop's signature menu.
- Kazan (volcanic) ramen is served in a hot stone pot. When you pour the soup into the pot and close the lid for 1 minute, the soup will boil just right.
- Each type of soup tastes delicious and stands out in a different way. The shoyu soup is rich, salty and fragrant.
Or try Black Shoyu Ramen, served in a large bowl with Japanese green onions, black garlic. The soup has a well-rounded flavor, is fragrant and smooth, and is topped with lots of chashu pork and boiled eggs.
