I recommend ordering another type of beef as a set (there are 4 to choose from. There were 4 of us, so we shared a piece each). You will get beef, Japanese rice, egg yolk, soup, and various dipping sauces.

Order the Hamburger separately. The chef will grill it until the outside is slightly charred. Then we can grill it ourselves. There will be a staff to teach you how to grill and eat it.
