Spicy and Delicious Minced Meat Rice at Phed Mark

Phed Mark is a famous restaurant in Bangkok, known for its authentic Thai basil minced meat rice with a unique spicy flavor. We took a bus from Pattaya to Ekkamai station, and upon arrival, we saw the eye-catching red signboard and decided to queue up as there weren't many people waiting.

The restaurant is decorated with Thai-themed ornaments, and the staff are warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The two of us ordered:

🐖 Spicy Minced Pork Rice - This is the signature classic Thai dish. The minced pork is tender and juicy, with each bite bursting with rich spiciness and flavor.
🐂 Spicy Wagyu Beef Minced Rice - The taste is similar to the minced pork rice but with a subtle wagyu aroma. However, the spiciness overpowers the wagyu flavor, so it's recommended to just order regular beef.

If you love Thai cuisine or spicy food, Phed Mark is a must-visit. Just remember not to trust the restaurant's claim of 'normal' spiciness, or you'll be in for a surprise with every bite.
