Shopping in Bangkok｜Beginner's Shopping Route for First-Time Visitors

The Siam shopping district gathers food, shopping, photo spots, famous attractions, and large events all in one concentrated area, perfect for spending a whole day exploring.
Transportation is very convenient (map in image 2).
❣️ Siam Discovery: Lots of trendy brands, modern store designs with tightly packed shops. Hoops Station Flagship has many trendy sneakers; the 2nd floor features many Japanese brands and creative spaces; the 6th floor houses Asia’s third Madame Tussauds wax museum.

❣️ Siam Centre: Perfect for young ladies, with many niche local brands. The ground floor has Thailand’s largest Nike store, and the mezzanine floor features a Korean designer collective brand store (various girly outfits) and local Thai brands.

❣️ Siam Square: Many photogenic small shops are located here (featured in the main image). GentleWomen is more mature and intellectual, similar to UR and Zara, with many people coming specifically for their bags; Daddy/Frank/Nineties are great for a dopamine boost with your girlfriends!

❣️ Siam Paragon: Similar to domestic malls like MixC, it’s the largest and most spacious environment. For luxury brands, this is the place to go, with regular brands upstairs as well. The food court on basement level 1 is delicious but often crowded. Our top food recommendation: Thong Smith Siamese Boat Noodles, a local favorite! We tried Roy’s Noyom and it was pretty good—highly recommended ❤️❤️

❣️ Central World: Many influencer-favorite stores! The mall is divided into three main sections: Central, Zen, and Isetan. Be sure to check the mall directory to avoid getting lost.

💔 MBK: Not much worth browsing—mostly cheap knockoffs! You can take photos on the influencer-famous skybridge and stroll around casually.
