A Michelin chef from Sydney is hosting a 5-course dining event at Siam Kempinski Hotel, blending Michelin-level cooking techniques with a perfect fusion of Western and Eastern ingredients. The event is available only from July 2-5 & 9-12, 2025.
Each dish offers a smooth texture, highlighting the excellent flavors of each ingredient and bringing out the aroma of the components. The plating is clean and charming. A full 10/10 impression for the aroma, taste, and presentation of the food.
