Review of dinner at Copper Buffet (Pinklao)

📍Copper Beyond Buffet
Copper Beyond Buffet offers a 2-hour dining time with fixed seating slots and over 100 food options. Most dishes need to be ordered at the counter, made to order, and served directly to your table by staff, while some items can be picked up directly from outside. The serving speed is so fast that I couldn’t keep up. For fried or longer-preparation dishes, they inform you in advance, so you don’t have to worry about waiting longer than eating.
This time, we chose the cheapest set, and the variety was so huge that even after eating a quarter of it, we hadn’t tried everything. Drinks include unlimited ChaTraMue Thai milk tea! Except for the Special Menu, which can only be ordered once, everything else is unlimited. The Special Menu is really delicious—the lobster pasta is rich in flavor with a Thai-style sauce, definitely worth trying! We also ordered Korean crab rice, and mixing all the meat into the rice was truly satisfying! The dish that impressed me most from the regular menu was the Wagyu sushi (photo 4). If you hadn’t told me, I wouldn’t have known it was Wagyu sushi 😂 The slight bulge is actually sushi rice, and the Wagyu itself is very fragrant. Putting the Wagyu and rice together in your mouth, it melts instantly—you wouldn’t even realize you’re eating rice 🥹. The dessert that amazed me the most was the cheesecake; it has a strong cheese flavor and a smooth texture, sweet but not overly so. I went back for seconds several times!
You probably wouldn’t be able to try everything even after 4-5 visits to Copper Buffet. I will definitely eat here every time I come to Bangkok! Also, it’s often fully booked, so if you want to eat here, be sure to make a reservation!
