Choo Lao Choo Ros | A must-try Som Tum spot~

🍲🥗 A famous social media restaurant you can't miss, Choo Lao Choo Ros serves Som Tum with a bold flavor, using an authentic recipe from Laos. The fermented fish sauce is incredibly flavorful and delicious, making it hard to stop eating~

Ordered menu:
- Grilled Picanha Beef (180 THB) Grilled medium rare, delicious, highly recommended 🥩🤤
- Choo Lao Som Tum (65 THB) Luang Prabang style Som Tum with fermented fish sauce, very flavorful and spicy, a must-try 👍🏻
- Pickled Shrimp Salad (220 THB) Crunchy pickled shrimp with a spicy and flavorful dressing, a must-try. Initially wanted to order pickled shrimp with sato, but sato was out, so ordered this instead.
- Mangosteen with Fermented Fish Sauce (95 THB) Perfectly sweet and sour, this is our favorite dish.

- Spicy Beef Soup (90 THB) Sour and spicy spicy beef soup, tender beef melts in your mouth.
Delicious, the broth is smooth and satisfying 🍲

🗣️ Additional recommendation: We went around 6 PM and waited almost two hours. It was a bit long, but worth the wait. Truly delicious.
