Nen Rama 9 Japanese Homecook Style Restaurant

Taking you to a Japanese homecook style restaurant in the Rama 9 area. Nen pays attention and is meticulous in every step of the process, focusing on enhancing the delicious taste from authentic ingredients, carefully selected for health. There is a wide variety to choose from, and each menu looks very appetizing.

I really like their special brown rice mixed grain recipe. It’s Japanese brown rice with Barley Mussemai Red Rice, cooked perfectly with a chewy and soft texture, high in vitamins and dietary fiber.

Kaiseki or Kaiseki ryori is traditional Japanese cuisine served as a course set including rice dishes, soup, side dishes, and fried items. Recommended rice set menus:

* Unagi Ochazuke - rice topped with Japanese eel tea
* Nendo Kaiseki - a set of 7 Japanese dishes
* Grilled salmon rice set with homemade koji salt marinade
* Koji marinated grilled salmon rice set and Nen sauce sautéed mushrooms
* Grilled mackerel rice set with homemade koji salt marinade
* Tempura assortment set with 3 kinds of homemade sauces

For snacks, I like Chikadai Crudo, shikadai fish with orange miso sauce. The fish is very fresh, and the orange sauce is slightly sour, fragrant, and delicious.

Anago Steamed Sake Sushi - steamed eel sushi with Japanese sake. The eel is fresh and tender. Squeeze lemon before eating for great flavor.

Tamago Nori - rolled egg with seaweed. The egg is soft and moist, perfect for snacking.

San Kyau Dai - a combination of three delicacies including Tororo (Japanese mountain yam) served with green roselle and natto. This is another dish that combines delicious superfoods.
