Hong Sieng Kong Cafe Bangkok ☕️🌟

Brought my Singaporean friends to Hong Sieng Kong, and they absolutely loved it. The place really does have that old-town riverside charm—beautifully decorated with vintage touches, lots of greenery, and countless photogenic corners that make you want to keep your camera out the whole time. The riverside seating is especially relaxing, perfect for slowing down and soaking in the view while the world passes by.
Food and drinks didn’t disappoint either. We had the Caesar salad, Ham & cheese croissant, and balsamic salad, all fresh and well put together. Their pastries are buttery and flaky, and the drinks pair nicely with the easy-going vibe of the place. It’s definitely the kind of spot where you can linger for hours with friends, chatting and enjoying the breeze.
The only drawback was the service at the counter—staff seemed impatient and wore “black faces,” which was a bit jarring compared to the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. A smile and warmer interaction would have made the experience perfect.
Still, for its ambience, riverside location, and food quality, Hong Sieng Kong is a gem worth visiting—just go with good company, good vibes, and maybe low expectations on the counter service.
